Hi there

I ordered Public mobile SIM cards.

but received TELUS cards and they are not working.

and these SIM card numbers are not accepted by the PUBLIC MOBILE website.

because starting with 89122-30102-XXXXX-XXXX

they are not starting with 89122-30000-XXXXX-XXXX

Order 351133.

I need replacement SIM cards for PUBLIC MOBILE.

fyi...PM has esim available too...depending on which phone you have.

Yes I ordered them through the Public Mobile website. will connect to agent.

and received order confirmation from 'noreply@publicmobile.ca'

@mktir   You ordered them through the Public Mobile app/website?  That's strange.  Best to contact customer service using this link.  An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope
