number transfer/port from Virgin not working!

I tried to transfer my number from Virgin and it's been 2 days I don't have any service! Help!!!

 if you have no service at all, i.e. you cannot even make outgoing calls and no data service, that is not a porting problem and the porting support team won't be able to help

Instead, it is a problem with sim card provisioning.  Easy fix for PM support, but you just need  to submit message  with them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

is your old Virgin account still active ? Did you leave the Virgin sim in the phone ? Did you receive the SMS and you replied Yes within 90 mins ? If so, plug the PM sim in the phone and giv'er.

I'll send you the porting team number. Top right corner mail box. If you put your VIrgin SIM card in, do you still get service?
