I brough a Sim card on 2 Aug, 2022 , my authorization code # 310536 but i didn't recieve
Please check , why a SIM not coming and send me a ticket thank's

PM will take 3-10 days to ship your SIM out and up to 2 weeks for Canada Post to deliver it.

You should receive SIM from PM within 3 weeks. Unfortunately PM's process is a little bit slow but you will get SIM eventually unless mail get lost. You can always inquire with agent but reply will be the same: It is in a mail...

@Khanhlechau65 It could take as many as 3 weeks for PM to ship the SIM card. Yes, it is long and not good
You can open ticket with PM support and ask them for order status. Message them with your order #
