not able to make outgoing calls on my cell - why?

I was able to get the problem fixed with help from the googler. 

said to turn off data roaming and bingo things all work again.

I put the 1 in front of the number and even took it out and all calls just goes to msg of calls ended

@RustyHfx1  Can you log into your account is it active?? Did your credit card expire ?? Can you *611 and confirm

Have you tried to place your SIM card into another phone to test if it works?

my account is paid and upto date.  im old so some of this stuff makes no sense to me. i just text call and so emails on this phone

no didnt transfer number.......its my original for past few yrs

@RustyHfx1  Are you putting a 1 infront of the contact ? Also try the phone on 3G see if that helps  can also try resetting network settings or can you maybe test the SIM card in another phone ?. If same submit with support

@RustyHfx1 How long have you had your service with Public Mobile?

Hi @RustyHfx1 

Did you just start up with Public Mobile or is this all of a sudden?

Also, if you do reset all your network settings, just know that you WILL delete all your saved WiFi passwords from where ever you've saved them. 

Have you tried to insert your PM SIM into another phone to see if you have service?

@RustyHfx1   Did you recently transfer your number from another provider, or are you an existing customer and the phone suddenly stopped working?

does data work?

try to click Reset All networks and try in different area

also test your PM sim card in another phone

and login My Account to check if your account is active
