Try rebooting your phone by powering off (hold down the power button) then reseat the SIM then power back on.

If you just activated a new account...have a look to make sure your phone is compatible on PM network.

Is it a new phone or did you acquire it used from someone ?

Is there an error message on your phone? What is the make and model of your phone? Are you the original owner? Check if your device has been blacklisted?

Sign into self-serve, is your service "active"

If so, perhaps there's an outage in your area.

Otherwise, try:

  1. powering off, then restart
  2. toggle airplane mode off/on
  3. reset network connections
  4. remove SIM card, then reinsert
