For the last month, we do not have the cell phone service in our home that we had before. Now we don't have any service inside, why? We can walk outside our door and get 2 bars or maybe 3 bars at times but that's it.
Is there any place we can get service from PM? Hate paying for something and not being able to use it!

2 or 3 bars would be fine for services @D66 .
Maybe toggle the phone into /out of airplane mode. And also perhaps perform reset of the device's network settings.
How many public mobile accounts are we talking about here? Maybe there are tower issues or upgrades happening near you.
Any issues when you are in different areas away from your home?

tried manually select network 3G only or WCDMA only. and rebooting device,
check your area 3G / 4G coverage map
Check the status of service outages

@D66 hi first try manually setting your phone to 3g it should help with calling then make customer service aware of your issue
