Very frustrating. In order for full access to help they are sending a code to the new number which is not functioning . Duh! The problem is that the new number is not activated and therefore I am not receiving the codes .

What kind of code you are talking about regarding receiving help from PM agent?
When opening a ticket or contacting agent directly they Never sent me any code; they ask some security questions and then continue to provide support.

You see the part where it says RESEND CODE? There's an option there to send to your email instead.
