need to close an account

Hi, my son's account needs to be closed. I am paying for it on my credit card and he no longer has a phone. I don't seem to be able to sign in under the email address:*****@**

The only other email it might be under is his name with 09 I believe?

I have been working at cancelling this for weeks.

Your help would be greatly appreciated

@camialli  If you know what day you had to lay for his phone last 40 days from then PM will be looking for payment again . So on the 29 day you can also just pause your credit card and so the payment doesn’t go thru and his account will go suspended and close out after 90 days . Then the next day just unpause  your credit card . Then you don’t have to wait for support who might not be able to help you since your not the account holder and don’t remember the account info to verify it

@camialli if you know the account pin, you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and disable Autopay there
