For the Android version of the app, you'll need a phone that has at least Android 8.

thought I was asking a CS agent for help, they helped my husband with the same type of phone

The LG X Power is operating on the old OS 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) and probably won’t support the PM app or any new apps. The latest Android update is OS 13.

I would suggest you use a friend with a new phone to activate your SIM. Once the SIM is activated, your friend can delete the app and you can login on your computer to manage your account.

Maybe try contacting a CS_Agent to help you activate your SIM by private messaging on your computer.
