Do you need a PUK or are you locked out of your account?

The account pin is not required for entering vouchers.
But yes, an hour. And you can only make two attempts per hour.

Or you can go out and buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611

if you know the account PIN, you can also dial *611 and use the account PIN to make payment using credit card instead

If  you try again to login and still unable to , submit a ticket with cs agent

Buy a voucher online or in lots of stores and dial 611 to enter it. Are your services currently working?
