The OP got severely edited due to a bunch of phone numbers. Unfortunately a bunch of other tidbits were removed.

I have an unknown variable length of post when I decide to quote it or not. This one was longer than I cared to quote. And having to xx out all the numbers.

@Anonymous , oohh, I see. Thx

Do you have access to your Self Serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

What does your STATUS say?

And does your last four digits of your SIM match what is says on your Self Serve account?

You find this under "Change Sim Card" below, in you My Profile section.

Hell @spirit2133 ,

You mean you started out with one phone number when you started with PM, and now you have another?

Do you have services right now (calling and texting in/out) ?

Did you attempt to transfer/port your number from your previous provider?

It sounds like some cross-confusion or maybe auto-fills got things crossed up.

If you put in your old SIM does it still work? In either case?

This would be a bit of a mess for the moderators to figure out. You need to contact them.
