my account says it was created but it does not allow me to log in

I was in the process of creating an account and choosing a plan, when it tooks over 10 minutes to load and then just failed. Now I can't log into my account and it says the login failed, and I cannot create a new account since it says my phone is already linked to an account, and I cant change my password because it says the account is not created, great experience. Email was

@tyler66  did you pay and activate your SIM  card? Please check to see if your credit card was charged.  Thanks. 

@tyler66 Use the private message link instead. You will still have to be able to prove that the account is yours.

You will need to contract the moderator team to figure out the issue and have it resolved. You can private message them though this account with the envelope button on top. And in the contact send section type Moderator_Team.

 

That should allow you to at least get in contact with them without creating a ticket even though it’s a “slower” response time

I can't, it wont allow me to create a ticket because I cant verify my account since it didnt get created, and it wont allow me to create one, and I cant verify with pin since my account was never created

@tyler66 hi you are on a public forum please delete your perrsonal info by clickng on the 3 dots top right corner to delete email

@tyler66  wait 50 minutes from last attempt,  clear your browser history,  go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card.  Stay safe.

@tyler66 Hi Tyler, first off click the 3 dots top right of your message and select edit and remove your email address. Next click on the question mark bottom right to open a ticket with the moderators or click link below and explain the problem. Welcome to PM.

@tyler66 hi you may need to contact a moderator for assistance to contact a moderator  click on the ?
