I am writting in my wife's account. I am her husband and I am locked out of mine for no reason that I know of. We have been public mobile customers for over 5 years. Can I get help?

your wife even login to My Account after EverSafe was used as the login system last year?
But the problem could be just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

(they might not like your work on your wife's account using your own login, but you can try. Worst case, you might need to create a temp new account for your wife and use that to ask for your wife account problem)

Has the resetting the password been attempted? A lockout usually last one hour. If resetting the password doesn't work and it's been longer than one hour, please open a ticket using the chatbot.
