locked out of Account & said to connect Public Mobile

Hi,

 

I'm trying to see if I got the Christmas bonuses but I tried to login to my account. I keep getting locked out messages and to contact Public Mobile.

@Ilovecats  - While you get yourself sorted out to get access to your Self Serve account.....another way to see your total minutes and data on your plan is to call 611 from your device.

You will need to enter your account PIN to get the information. This will tell you, for sure, your totals available to you....because i just tried it.  🙂

Did you get full info on your add-ons when you called?

I got the data info (holiday bonus + plan) but for the talks, it only revelealed the $5/500mn I bought long time ago, not the International holiday bonus.

Both holisays bonus do show up in my account page.


@t_p - calling 611, then selecting 3 to hear my available addons provided:

  • Total Addon Minutes 
  • Total Addon GB

That is weird it did not include the international minutes. For my Addon Minutes balance it stated "International Minutes".

My bad. I checked again and the talk addon which is mentioned is "International Minutes". So no mention of my LD Canada one. 🤔🤔

If you replied YES and received a response....should be there. 

If no YES....then text YES to 4911. 

If just confirming....clear cookies and shut down and restart browser and login in or try another browser.

If you are confident you have your credential correct, try in an hour or so. You might try with different browser.

Do you recall what you did in order to get locked out? Typo in password, maybe, few times?

You may have just locked yourself out temporarily.

 

Wait 15 minutes, then open a tab in incognito mode, then try to log in again. 

If you don't remember your password, try the Forgot your password option.

 

Text YES to 4911, see what happens.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to
