Please note that the article was revised.

@hTideGnow The PM $15 plan meets a CRTC requirement. Freedom was better, now the same.

In Canada, we have duplication (everyone copies everyone) and no competition. At the lower end, not all the plans are the same with same price and hope PM continues to offer what it is offering, which is far better than the offerings from others.

Uhm, they didn't seem to @hTideGnow ? Could the article be mistaken, or perhaps the removal was very short-lived? (EDIT: oh, you were just referring to the bonus data - surprises me they didn't drop that eons ago...)

Good deal but Shaw/Freedom coverage are not as good as the big 3. Especially in remote areas.

It's supposed to be $8.33 per month minimum with no data. As if.

Hope so too @hTideGnow .
At least Freedom is offering the same as Public now. Public usually tends to follow others, so hopefully this secures the $15 with 250mb plan.

@hTideGnow Didn't know FM even offered $15/500MB plan and it looks like FM has dropped the bonus 250MB so it's now similar to PM's $15 plan?
