All Canadian Phones sold since 2016 are compatible with every provider in this country as long as the phone is unlocked. 

FYI: Every Phone sold in this country since 2017 is fully unlocked and compatible with every provider in Canada

yes it will. 

Best to get the American version.  Other version will work but won't work as well. 

also, you might need to do a network reset or factory reset when you first setup to use on PM
