invalid SIM

I tried to register my SIM on my mobile device and it wouldn't let me continue and now when I try to activate my SIM on my lap top it is saying I have an invalid SIM. I had no issues with registering my other account and SIM but this is the second SIM card that I have purchsed that hasn't let me continue to the register the SIM and make an account and now it's invalid yet again

@computergeek541 I've been doing it for years. it works, not too sure why. just try it if the self serve is really slow logging in. just start moving your curser frantically, until it loads. either way you're right, at least there is something to do while waiting 🤣

The site loading after the mouse moving around doesn't mean there is cause and effect taking place.  The site would have loaded either way.  If it's to be stated that moving the mouse curser around works, there would be an exact amount of time before the page load each time, and it would only load after moving the mouse cursor.  I've had the self serve site load very slowly before, waited a few minutes, and it loaded without doing any of this.

there is a trick when the page is taking a long time to load. the trick is to either keep moving your mouse on the screen or for mobile keep scrolling up and down till the page processes to the next page

I have my doubts as to if that works, or if it simply provides the customer with something to do while waiting. While moving your finger around on a touchscreen would prvent the screen from going to sleep, the screen turining off should have no effect on the website loading.

@Kelly356  It looks like SIM number is still locked by your first activation attempt.

In this case, wait 50 minutes for it to be released, then you can try again.

The suggestions for smoother activation include

- clear your browser cache before starting.

- do not use the browser page back feature, use only the features available on the website activation page.

@Kelly356 check to see if your credit card was charged. If it wasn't then wait 50 minutes from last attempt,  clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card.
