Are you having issues with incoming calls and text? There have been issues lately.
Can you try:
1. Reset the network settings and reboot.
2. Set your preferred network to 3G and reboot.
3. Put your sim in another phone and then back again.

i see the post now. Tags were off. There's nothing much but saying they can't get calls.
@tin-vu1952 what plan are you on? There are a couple grandfathered plans that have limited incoming call minutes.
Or if you are a new subscriber then probably an incomplete port (assuming outgoing calls work)
@tin-vu1952 incoming calls as subject and blank on the body.. i guess you have no incoming calls?? 🙂
Threre has been some issue with PM for incoming calls last couple days. Give us the details and maybe we can assist.
