Incoming calls go to voicemail. I-message and data work ok. not i/c text.  Switched from Fido 3 days ago. I need my phone working. How do I contact Public Mobile support to fix this?

Sometimes rebooting the phone will fix it. Try powering off the phone and wait a few minutes then power back on again.

If it is an iPhone, go to your Setting>Focus>disable Do Not Disturb.

This can be the normal part of the porting process when changing providers.

Cell number could take 2-3 hours, while landlines/voip could take around 7 days.

If other services are working that is great. When incoming calls start to work the port should be complete, as incoming are usually the last to port over.

If this was a cell number you ported/transfered over and it takes much longer, call the Telus Porting Phone Number to check on your port.

I just Private Messaged YOU the number!
