iPhone ordered over half a month ago, billed posted over half a month ago, where is my order? Where is my phone?

Did you order during the sale? Which email did you use? Did you direct the $20 account credit to an account with an email you don't commonly use? I did and my phone was delivered in 3 business days but sat for another week at the UPS pick up centre because they "pretended" to deliver and just dropped it at the location and sent me another email to the email I rarely check telling me I wasn't home when I was......I digress. Check any other email you may have used. You may even want to call your local UPS pick up location to see if they are holding the package (normally 7 days).

You should get a tracking number after the order is shipped out so check in your inbox.

PM have been busy working on the outages and AutoPay bug on the last few days so I think you order have been shipped out soon or if it has been already.

The delivery is usually 2-3 weeks from what I have seen and it seems like maybe even a bit longer.

If you're a curent Public Mobile plan customer, a ticket will need to be opened to ask for a phone shipment order update. That's done be going to:
