iu have changed my acocunt etc and i still can not geti int omy accoutn i did it last time icontacted support please help asap i want ot change myplan that is all./

Just click on Forget Password then change your plan on your Self Serve account under My Plan>Change Plan.

You can dial 611 and get access to various options for your account...you will need your PM PIN number though.

You should try to regain access to your self-serve so you can do this yourself.

 

If you forgot your login credentials, contact the Customer Support Agents by clicking here

 

Once you've gained access to self-serve, here’s the process for changing plan:

 

First login to Self Serve to this screen:

 

Then, click Change Plan:

Then select desired Plan:

Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,
