That would have been quite the coincidence? I am assuming the 611 method worked then and it wasn't a 24 hour hold then @stefania1212121

It's ridiculous but yes some stores have a delay. Maybe just contact the support people. Click on get help up top and then use the simon chatbot to find the way to send a message or a ticket.

You could try waiting an hour to try again. But only attempt twice again. If you've been trying a bunch of times then it may be a problem now anyway.

Are you also Saadileila? Similar spelling of "vocher".

Can you try dialing 611 to enter the voucher? Does the voucher have more than one 12 digit set of numbers?

Some stores have a delay for when the voucher is usable.

@stefania1212121   depends where you got your voucher from.  Vouchers from some store have a 24 hours wait time.

So, did you try to load both via *611 and via My Account ?  Has it been over 24 hours since you got them?
