trying to security question to verited my email help

it is possible it was key in wrong in the beginning.  If so, you might want to open a ticket with PM to reset the logon credentials, then you can re-setup the security question.  

 

Use the Chatbot on the lower right and then start by typing "Forgot Login credentials"

Wait out one hour. Clear your browser. Reboot your device and open one tab only in private/secret/incognito mode using Firefox, chrome, safari or edge work best.

 

Try again. If it still fails then contact customer support for a "password reset".

Usually, in the browser (Chrome for ex.), there are 3 dots at the top. Clicking on it would show the option to use Incognito (also called InPrivate,etc..) mode.

Do you mean the Incognito Mode method....?

 

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:
  1. Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
  2. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

The security question...are you trying to reset your Self Serve password? 

OR, you do not remember which email is connected to your Self Serve, so you are trying different ones?

 

Do you have a secondary question? If so try again.

 

If you had to many failed attempts, system could have locked you out. Wait one hour and try again.

 

 

If still having issues ask CSA for help.

Try to use browser Incognito mode. There are often webpage issues lately.
