Hi. We were trying to unock over phone from bell and my husband entered the wrong key lock too many times and our sim card was frozen. Any ideas how can we unfreeze it.

You will need to contact moderator to get PUK code.
Click on question mark on right lower corner of website. Type: contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket to get moderator help.

If you phone is locked to Bell then you would need to contact them to unlock it.
