In the middle of processing my subscription, my payment information caused a error.

Yes, check the charge. Happened more than once . You get an error but it still subscribed properly in most cases. Do not re do it until you sign out then in again.

@seonjoo  First check credit card where you charged ? If not try again incognito / private mode  or if trying on website try on app or vice versa . If you were charged out SIM card in phone and reboot it and see that you have services
