I accidentally deleted my eSIM for Public Mobile and I need to get a new eSIM. Please help

sorry, at this point, PM is unable to provide you replacement eSIM.  This will likely be changed in a month or two.  But since you already deleted the eSIM and cannot wait till then, you will have to change back to physical sim card.  Get one from Amazon, it is only $4.99 at the moment:  https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06X9ZGDWG/   (Free Prime next day shipping)

Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.

Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

@CharlesT123 !sorry once deleted eSIM you need to go to physical SIM card for now at least . Call around to local Telus Koodo store for PM SIM card availability or order from Amazon .Log back into your account and SIM card swap the number like this . Or get support to help you do it
