I signed up during black friday and my credit card was charged twice i submitted a ticket yesterday morning with no response is that normal should I just wait longer?

I got charged 3 times during the BF sale, contacted CS and he told me to contact my bank and they can only see one transaction went through. I even showed them screen shot

yes i checked my online statement to verify the charge and all three were past verification or pending.

I understand that the agents are currently behind.

Bear in mind however that credit cards have pending charges that can remain on your account for 3-5 days after purchase showing as more than one but only 1 will end up hitting the account and the remain with fall off.

You can so verify that when your credit card statements prints. 

It can be confusing and troublesome to see at first sight. But you can follow as directed by @hTideGnow  suggestion.
