Hi there,  

I changed my subscription plan when was black Friday it will be start when the next pay period arrived. But I don't see any information about it in my profile.

@Vitalii That's the overview page, which just shows you your current status. To see upcoming changes, click on that big plus sign at the lower left and choose "Payments".

Note: you can also go to the "Subscription" tab in that menu but I advise against it, since if you are not careful you could cancel your plan change. I'm speaking from experience there.  The payments tab is safe and shows more information in any case.

HI @Vitalii that is the overview tab.  You are in a plan for 40GB

click the Grey circle with a circle and plus sign, it will expand the menu, pick Subscription & add-on from the menu on the left, it will then show you the current plan

or you can click Payment form the menu on the left, then click Payment history, check which plan PM renewed you

And yes, if the wrong plan still showing  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

are you using app or browser ?

first login using Incognito/Private/Secrete mode on your browser

click Subscription & add-on from the menu on the left, it will then show you the current plan

or you can click Payment form the menu on the left, then click Payment history, check which plan PM renewed you
