@brent1953

You are only allowed two attempted or successful payments before having to wait an hour. Has anything else changed other than the expiry date? Double check the billing address, name, ALL CAPS?

@brent1953   Yes, you can have the same credit card to add to different account.  Keep in mind, if you add it to 3 or more accounts, it is best they don't have have the same plan amount and due on the same day.  If PM send the same payment amount to the credit cards on the same morning for so many accounts, credit card might think they are duplicate charges and will decline.  But if just 2 accounts, usually it is ok

For updating the credit card with the new expiry date, usually it has no problem.  But you cannot try it for too many times within the same hour.  Try to wait an hour of two first, and then use a Incognito mode browser and try again.

If it still fail, open ticket with PM support and have them check the account, hopefully you didn't try too many times earlier and triggered a fraud lock

@brent1953 - yes, you can use the same credit card for more than one account.

As for the issue about accepting your card..., too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your card with public mobile. Try waiting an hour before you try again.

When you do try again, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
