@Anonymous    Lol...  Yep, seems nothing gets through.  Don't know what the solution is for someone determined to be sneaky if they think other's don't notice...

@dabr : Welcome to the club. Apparently it's a capital crime to call people out. Except when it's not. This user has no interest in going along with internet-forum, socially-accepted norms. And if you challenge that well then you're the criminal. Apparently.

@Anonymous    I see you private messaged me to let me know you're going to report me...by all means do that...

@Anonymous    Please use "edit" when you decide to add additional information to your original post, especially if it's done after others have already provided that particular bit of information.  Thanks.

The following wasn't included in your post yesterday and I don't see an edit.

"just make sure your credit card number and your address match the same,

sometime your typing but is a one word or letter or number is a wrong or is missing just make sure for it."

To change payment card.

Sometimes re-reading what you write/copy/paste really helps to prevent further confusion for people looking for assistance.

When updating credit card info, make sure to do the following to avoid the common glitches that sometimes occur with this process:

  1. Clear your browser's cache & cookies
  2. Use incognito mode
  3. Select "Manage My Card"
  4. Select "replace card"
  5. Type your address exactly as from your billing statement
  6.  Don't use a space in the postal code
  7.  Use ALL CAPS if necessary
  8.  Type everything, not letting autofill complete any fields

@dennisd0connor   Log into your account, select Payment tab, then scroll down the page and click Manage My Card.   Be sure to enter name/address as shown on your new payment card and no spaces for the postal code.  Then enable autopay for the $2 discount.
