cel user can't call my public mobile phone

Erxeight

One specific person with a Bell Mobile phone can't seems to call me ever.

I am getting calls from other Bell users but this one specific user calls my public mobile cel and every time, my phone does not ring and the call goes straight to voice mail. We have confirmed that this happens every time- recently we sat side by side trying to work this out. I can do an outbound call to this person, but they are unable to do an inbound call to me  I have not blocked this person (nor do i know how to block anyone)

Any suggestions?

@Erxeight

That is strange since Telus (PM) and Bell shared the same cell towers.

It sure sounds like a setting on your phone.

What make and model phone do you have so we can help you check in the settings?

@Erxeight   So you're unable to receive calls from one Bell customer only?  Perhaps try removing their number from your contact and reboot phone and then add the contact back and reboot.  Maybe they could also do that with your number too.

edit:  Another option is to remove your SIM to another compatible phone and reboot and then back to your device and reboot.

Other users might have further suggestions if nothing helps.
