I have recently opened an account set up  new sim card transferred my number from an other provider. I can call out but no one can call in

@benweeks  That's normal. Just continue to use the old sim until it stops working. Once that happens the port will be complete and everything should start working when you start using your PM sim card.

When did you port your number? The process may not be complete. If it is over a couple of hours.  Your port may be stuck.  And the best thing would be to contact a moderator. Use Simon(the ?tionmark). Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one.
