cant make or receive calls that are toll free.

Anytime I get a call or try to make a call that is toll free - it stops and says call failed. I need to get ahold of a government agency and cannot because of this. I have tried other toll free numbers to ensure that it is not the government systems that are down but nothing works. The only numbers that work are local with a 403 area code. Please help.

 iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings

These numbers worked for me before. It shouldnt be an issue but thanks for letting me know.

first, as a workaround, you can download free VoIP app TextNow and make the calls using the app

For your phone issue, try to reboot it once

If issue persists, pleae try Reset all networks and see if it helps

And do you have another phone to test your PM sim card?  Try that

If nothing help, message support and ask them to refresh your account
