 I cannot receive 6 digit code on my phone number  to get full access into my account. Can anyone help me please?

@DanialZ did you use the. PM app to complete the activation?? If not, please download PM app and login and complete the subscription using the app

if you already did, and unable to get pass that , pleas open ticket with PM support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Try to reset the email by clicking on forgotten password.  If that still doesn't work  send a message to cs agent below.

I purchased a new SIM card, after subscription, then I cannot receive OTP; therefore i am not able to log into my account.
