I have a public mobile account and i forgot to top up the account more that 90 days and just wondering if i can re activate with the same number

that days of significance is 90 days after last plan expired.

When did you last renew ?

If you can still:

 

  1. call the number and it still rings through/goes to voicemail
  2. log into the associated self-serve account

then you can still resume service.

 

Better make sure you do it BEFORE day 90 in suspension.

hi @3Dwall likely not.  if you ported in the number originally, PM would have returned the number to the original carrier

 

But if you picked the number new, try submit ticket and ask
