@David33B I don't think you can change it update it.

if you have trouble sending SMS, start with Reset All Networks
or update the APN instead

@David33B new customers were having sms issues, but that should be all fixed now per public mobile. After one hour your messages should work. Power off your phone and see what happens.
If still unable yo send or receive sms use the chatbot to create a ticket.
