tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

HI @elsie93 you can reset PIN after you got back into My Account.
to reset My Account password, first try using the Password Reset option there. You can choose to have the security code to send to your phone or your email. But you still need to know the exact email address you used to login
If you cannot reset password yourself, please open ticket with PM CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

If you cannot log in to reset your PIN, try using different browser or incognito/private mode. Use computer not phone to do that.
If everything fails, contact agent for assistance.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
