I can't seem to make calls or receive calls all of a sudden. I checked my payment and it has gone through, so it's not an unpaid bill issue. How can I resolve this?

@Mathana13 - could be temporary network issues, if this happens with your SIM card in another phone. Does anyone else have issues near you that you know of ?

@Mathana13 couple things to try:
1. try to enable VoLTE on your phone first
iPhone: Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Voice & Data, enable 4G or LTE there
2. if VOLTE does not work, change the Preferred network type to 3G
if nothing works , you could be one of those having voice issue and need support to refresh the account, please engage them

What about texting? data?
There have been more posts about talk issues recently. ? due to roll out of VoLTE
A few basic troubleshooting advice
Reboot phone
Network reset of phone (this will erase Wifi settings)
Try your SIM card in another phone. To see whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
