can I add a PIN to the phone transfer process so that if a phone number transfer comes in, it will atleast ask them for a PIN number first? I don't see this option anywhere in the dashboard

@jbake For Public Mobile, certain. While it's the normal procedure there are a few carriers who don't send an authorization text though.

@jbake I don't think you can but if someone tries to port out your number you will get a text from Public Mobile asking for authorization.
