Just wondering if I maintain my refer a friend monthly reward if I transfer to the points - so if i currently get credit for 3 friends referred, do I maintain the 3 friends referred or do I only get points on new friends referred?

Resolved! Changing from 4G to 3G - lose promo data?

If I sign up for the $40 GB 4G plan and get the 12 GB of free data, can I swap back to the cheap 3G plan I have now and keep that data? Or would it be lost?

Not able to log into my account

I have transferred from bell mobility, text messages works fine on the public mobile SIM card however my phone goes straight to voicemail main. I did not receive a message from anyone for phone number transfer so I’m stuck on what to do now.

Log in issue

When I try to log into public mobile with my account, I get logged in but there is just a picture of a guy holding a cell phone. No menu no options. I have tried on mobile and desktop. How do I get to the menu?
