Resolved! Account Usage balances are not being updated from Old Pay Period

I have only used:36 min of phone mins and 4.26 MB of data since my last renewal of payment. Why is it still showing my old amount of usage?31 mins and 209.18 MB of data were used. It usually updates at 12.01 am on my renewal date (Sept 20th ) Thanks

Enough Funds but plan didn't renew.

Hi, I have a 20GB 4G data plan, however plan didn't get renew even I have more than enough funds. I tried to pay it manually payment get accepted but plan still didn't get renew. What to do ?

phone call connection time

Why does it take up to 60 seconds for my phone call to be connected and for it to ring? Anything I can do to improve this or Public Mobile? If not I will switch back to Rogers.As well quire often the person I called cannot hear me.
