I just transfered from freedom mobile to public. .

i followed  instructions but now I'm not receiving any incoming calls. Anyone calling it goes straight to voice mail  Inaddition, when I'm trying to doy secondary verification  for banking the sms code the bank  texts does not arrive

I replied Yes to a message for 4G / 15GB last month. I received the replay that I would be upgraded. The day after my renewal date I am still on the old 3g / 1GB plan?

Resolved! 1G bonus data for signing in Rewards

I received the message and reply YES2. I got 2G data and 500 international minutes at my account. I also signed into My Rewards and NO 1G bonus data added. When and how could I get 1G bonus data? Thanks in advanced.
