Someone tried calling my Public Mobile number from the USA but they received a "No Route Found" error message.    Is the error on their side (their service provider) or is this something in the Public Mobile set up? Any ideas? cheers

Resolved! Change $35 to $25 plan

I tried to change my current $35 plan to $25 plan but the option I was offered was $15.  The $25 option was shaded and cannot be clicked.  What other way can I use to change to $25 plan?Thanks.

I finally got my phone unlocked,now it says no service and incoming calls go to mailbox.It’s been a frustrating week and still no service even though my account shows active,my phone is an iPhone 4S which i stated before ordering my SIM card.
