S20 Ultra no 5G connectivity

Hello,My S20 Ultra 5G will not connect to 5G with PM sim. No issues with Telus or Rogers. PM sim in another 5G  phone (S22 Ultra) does not have an issue. Got another sim-same result. Anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks
