Resolved! Data usage says 100MB is already used on the Renewal day

It happens always (at least for few months I tracked).On the first day of renewal, it says 101.14 has alrady been used out of 250MB. which is totally wrong.Should be 0MB for sure.anyone has the same experience and how to fix this issue?
