I cant login to my account.

I have been a public mobile user for two years. When I tried to log in to my account a few days ago, I was asked to activate my sim. There is no other way for me to bypass this. Any help is appreciated.

Resolved! New subscriber problem

I don`t know what I did wrong but I tried to subscribe using an esim and suddenly got to a page that said my device is not esim compatible. I got a welcome from publicmobile.ca but I can't even get into my account.

60GB Can/US 5G plan for $50 on a 90 day sub

Looks like the $65/60GB 5G Can/US plan now has a 90 day option, dropping the 30 day price to $50 ($150/90 days) if you subscribe to the 90 day version. That makes it the same price as the 40GB Can/US plan, but of course only if you prepay for 90 days...
