Resolved! I recently ported my number from Virgin

Now neither number works. It worked for a couple of days and now it says both numbers are out of service. Please help! I have my account info and both numbers if you need them.

If I get a Canada-US calling plan will I still get roaming charges in the US or is that all included in the plan?

Resolved! $15 100mins Plan inactive shortly after activation

I activated $15 100min plan. Used it for half of the day. Spent about 18mins of talk time . By the evening, the plan is no longer active. I cannot make or recieve calls.  my plan due date is may 30th. is this normal?
