Is it legal to just charge money and don't provide service? Is this company a fraud?$15 plan cannot send text for a very long time and nobody to say anything about it.If it was legal I would set up a company and provide the $1 dollar worldwide plan.

Unable to play the messages other left for me. Even though I followed the automated instructions to press "11" many times, there's no re-play. Not to mention that I was not allowed to play the voice mail even the first time.  Please advise and fix.
