Resolved! The phone plan

When I try to dial a long distance number , the program says that I don't have a active long distance add on.  My plan is for 100 minutes per month and I know I haven't gone over.  When I set up this plan Sept 12 , the phone was fine.

Resolved! Impossible to dial numbers during a call

Hello, Could anyone please explain why my phone's screen shuts down during a call, barring me from dialling numbers or retracting the call? This had never happened before I began useing Public Mobile.

Number porting

I have still waiting for my number porting over 24hrs. And try to submit a ticket, the system will not allow me to submit even I enter my name, previous account number, and phone number for porting. I do not know what to do.

Cannot log in
