Charges ???

I joined Public on June 13 was charger 28.752 days laterer had to exchange for another simm card charged again 28.75In July was charged  12.65  Need an explanation of why the charges

Network Setting LTE or 3G ?

While talking to Telus this past week about another issue,  they mentioned that all Public Mobile users should be using 3G instead of LTE settings.Is there something that I may have misunderstood as to the reasoning of their statement?

Resolved! Long distance fees

Just need clarification on this, I have the $15 plan so I get 100 minutes of Canada wide calling.  Does this mean if I live in Toronto and go up north someone can call me and there would not be charged long distance fees for either of us ?
